Conference Recap: Community-Centered Urban Planning for Climate Adaptation

We recently held a successful conference on 25 October 2024 in Kariba. The conference focused on Community-Centered Urban Planning for Climate Adaptation, emphasizing the importance of empowering local stakeholders through geospatial solutions. With over 50 in-person attendees and 30 online participants, the event fostered insightful discussions and knowledge sharing.

We were honored to host 10 esteemed speakers who shared their expertise on integrating geospatial technologies in urban planning. A special thanks to the Executive Management leadership and the organizing committee for their hard work in making this conference a success.

Attendees also enjoyed a beautiful sunset boat cruise, providing a perfect setting for networking and collaboration.
